We are always here for our customers – before, during, and after installations, and for all EV drivers on the road and whether they are looking for advice, a quote, or general support. Our customer care team is proud to deliver outstanding customer service at all times, helping us to successfully onboard as many drivers as possible to the e-mobility movement.
We are a young, dynamic, and motivated team whose main responsibility is to optimise customer happiness. We’re the listening ear for our customers and they reach out to us via phone or email with queries regarding the installations, advice, a quote or general support. we help the company to grow by translating the wishes and demands of the customer to improvements for the organisation. We are proud to deliver outstanding customer service at all times, helping us to successfully onboard as many drivers as possible to the e-mobility movement. At the end of the week we like to celebrate our success and hard work together with Friday drinks.
