Watch the video regarding charge card and charge point activation. Before starting the video, make sure to have your charge point's serial number at hand. Depending on the charge point model, the serial number can be found either on the right side or on the bottom side of the charge point.
Note on charge point activation: Do you only want to activate your charge point(s) right now? If so, please disregard step 2 of this short explanatory video as no charge card is required.
Note on charge card activation: Payment via direct debit is not currently possible in the UK. We kindly request you enter your debit/credit card details instead within my.newmotion.com.

Note: before you set up automatic reimbursement, make sure your charge point and charge card are activated. See "How do I activate a charge card and charge point?". Also, for reimbursement to be correct, we need to know what your electricity tariff is, we recomment to have this tariff at hand before watching the video.
Plug & Charge is a functionality that enables you to start and stop your charging sessions by simply plugging in the charging cable. With this method, you will no longer need to use the charge card! This is handy if you're the only user for this charge point.

Watch this video if you would like to grant access to a selected group of charge card owners, to enable them to charge at your charge point.
