This department ensures that our products and resources meet customer requirements, by managing and maintaining the utmost quality of our services while safeguarding the strategic and day-to-day production of our products. Our drive and mission in achieving sustainable mobility ensure that we are always looking to spread our message and scale across different markets. Through perseverance, careful planning, and effective communication, the operation team ensures NewMotion can operate in these prospective domains.
In the Operations department, we work at the heart of our company. If our department does not deliver in time, there’s a chance the company has a heart attack. To prevent this from happening, we make sure there is always enough inventory to meet the demand and that our hardware is in time for our customers. We make sure all requests of charge cards are covered, and shipment and returns of charge points are taken care of. Furthermore, we ensure collaboration with our partners runs smoothly.
We are an energetic team with different personality traits that complement one another. We know and use each other’s strengths to optimally distribute tasks within the team. We challenge one another and are highly motivated to bring the logistics department to the best level of our ability. Besides working, we try to be a constant factor at the Friday drinks, have a laugh and have fun together during our own team events.
