When you buy a charge point for the first time, you can organise the configuration by setting up a myNewMotion account. Click on register here and fill in your details. Afterwards you will receive an email with a link, when clicking on that you will be able to activate your account by setting up a password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can obtain a new one by requesting a reset link. You can find this option by clicking on the triangle next to the login button, see the picture below.
Any issues obtaining this link? No problem! Please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. and they will happily send the reset link manually.
