All NewMotion employees are safely working from home and our Account Managers are well equipped to deliver any commercial service remotely. As usual, our Customer Care Center is still available 24/7 for remote support.
Given the constantly changing situation, we are in regular contact with our suppliers, installation partners and key customers to ensure business continuity and operational excellence. Due to national guidelines no site inspections or installations are performed by NewMotion or any of NewMotion’s installation partners. Only in case of a technical emergency that puts people's safety at risk, will we dispatch a mechanic for a technical fix.
