You can reach us 24/7. During the week you will speak to a NewMotion employee from 08:00 until 21:00 and during the weekend from 09:00 until 19:00. Outside of these hours you will be connected to our emergency service. You can always send us an email with questions and our helpdesk will get back to you as soon as possible.
When a public charge point doesn’t work you can call the operator of that charge point. The contact information can be found on the charge point and is also available on our app. If you are unable to reach the operator, you can also get in contact with NewMotion. Please note that we are unable to remotely operate charge points from other charge point operators.
