During the maintenance windows our EV Charging app, Shell Recharge app and myNewMotion portal will all be out of service between 10.00 and 12.00 CET.
Over the last few months, we have experienced tremendous growth and this upgrade will allow us to continue to provide a great service well into the future.
Unfortunately during the maintenance windows our customer care team will be unable to retrieve your personal information and therefore not able to provide you access to your app or myNewMotion. We apologise for any inconvenience the disruption to our services may cause.
