What is the Business Hub?

The Business Hub enables companies to monitor, analyse and control all aspects of their NewMotion charging infrastructure and EV fleet charging. From monitoring charge points across multiple locations to controlling the EV charging costs incurred by fleets, all from one, central easy-to-use platform.

How do I access the platform?

For new customers, the Business Hub is included with NewMotion’s charging solutions. If you are interested in our charging solutions and would like exclusive ‘early access’ to the platform please leave your details here.

For existing customers, please contact your NewMotion Account Manager who will be happy to provide more details and explain all the benefits of the Business Hub for your company.

How much does it cost?

Access to and use of NewMotion’s Business Hub is included with NewMotion’s business subscriptions. These subscriptions are required to use your charging infrastructure. How many charge points can be connected?

There is no maximum number that can be connected. The Business Hub is designed to support the rollout of large charging infrastructure for businesses including retail, parking lots, office locations and more.

Is the data shown in real-time?

The Business Hub shows both real-time and historical data for your charging infrastructure.

Does the Business Hub only work with NewMotion charge points?

The Business Hub platform is specifically designed to operate with NewMotion’s charge points to offer an optimal user experience.

What features will be coming in the future?

With your feedback and insights, we are always adding to the development ‘roadmap’ of the Business Hub. As features are launched we will inform you about these and how your business can take full advantage as the platform develops. We have worked closely with numerous partners across different markets to gather feedback from them, to integrate this into an evolving and ever-improving platform that your business can take advantage of right now.

Who within my company should be using the Business Hub?

The Business Hub addresses the specific needs of Fleet & Location Management staff within your company. This covers employees who manage driver access, charge point control and make use of charging data, including energy usage and associated costs.

Does my business need training to use the Business Hub?

The Business Hub is designed with your company’s needs in mind. All NewMotion’s products and services are easy-to-use and intuitive. We are of course on hand to help with access to and use of these services should you ever need assistance. Please speak with your NewMotion Account Manager who will be able to help.
