2021 charge sessions not visible?
We apologise that at the moment you are not able to review the charge sessions you conducted in 2021. This issue is caused by a bug in the firmware that is not recognising the year 2021. We are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Yes, your charge sessions are not lost. We can still see your 2021 charge sessions in our systems and are working as quickly as possible to make them visible in your dashboard.
The root cause of this issue is known to us, the charge sessions are being time-stamped to 1970, instead of 2021. We are working with our partners to solve this issue as soon as possible and expect to be able to do so by the end of next week if not before.
